The rules of the contest are as follows

2. Post @partybabas #tbt with a throwback Goa Gil picture, and the year it was taken
3. THE PICTURE MUST BE OVER 5 YEARS OLD
4. It can be a picture of you, or Gil, or the party itself~ whatever you feel best celebrates over 23 years of Goa Gil!
Winner will be announced on Friday the 20th!
